Our Story
Tim Farmer began his career in the restoration industry in 2008, gaining extensive experience in construction estimating, project management, and restoration business ownership. Through years of managing residential and commercial restoration projects, he developed a firsthand understanding of the technical, operational, and financial complexities involved in property damage restoration.
That experience became the foundation for Tim Farmer Consulting. Today, our firm specializes in Xactimate estimating, property insurance appraisal, neutral umpire services, and technical estimate review and reconciliation.
Tim's restoration background provides the practical knowledge necessary to evaluate property damage, develop comprehensive estimates, and address complex disputes involving repair scopes and associated costs.
Tim Farmer leads Tim Farmer Consulting with more than 18 years of restoration industry experience, including restoration business ownership, construction estimating, project management, and business operations.
Tim holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Sales Management and a Master of Business Administration in Leadership, both from Liberty University.
His combination of practical field experience, business education, and technical expertise provides a strong foundation for evaluating property damage, understanding construction requirements, and developing accurate, well supported estimates and professional evaluations.
