Matterport or Video: Matterport scans or detailed walkthrough videos documenting the property, affected areas, and existing conditions.

Suporting Reports: Engineering findings, mitigation documentation, remediation protocols, material testing, and other relevant project records.
Estimate Preparation
Using Xactimate, we develop a detailed estimate based on the documented conditions and applicable scope of work. We evaluate labor, materials, equipment, construction requirements, and relevant industry standards to establish supported quantities and associated costs.
Review & Reconciliation
The completed estimate is reviewed for accuracy and completeness. When additional information becomes available, we evaluate necessary scope revisions. We also provide technical comparisons of estimates, identify differences in scope and pricing, and explain our findings based on the available documentation and applicable industry standards.
Final Estimate Delivery
We provide the completed Xactimate estimate and applicable supporting documentation in the agreed format. Deliverables may include PDF reports, ESX files, and supporting materials necessary for the client's review and use.
